Mission, Vision & Method

In two short years, IPPSL's highly qualified & culturally competent professional fellows have contributed greatly to the cause of public sector reform for Sierra Leone.

HDI: Measuring Progress

Progress Beyond Poverty
Current reforms are stripping down red tape, diminishing corruption & curtailing other public sector obstacles to development for Sierra Leone. However, lack of government capacity continues to hinder progress.Today, acute shortages of civil servant professionals, ineffective bureaucratic systems of information exchange, authorization & permission, and other organizational deficits are the greatest impediment to progress for Sierra Leone.

Under a 2009 Sierra Leone Cabinet-approved mandate specifically designed to authorize, administer and frame the operations of International Professional Partnerships for Sierra Leone | IPPSL, Inc., our highly motivated, culturally competent professional fellows have been working alongside Sierra Leonean colleagues on various projects, including the improvement of investment agreements between the Government of Sierra Leone and its foreign investors through SLIEPA, support of the overall progressive agenda of work of the Anti-Corruption Commission and the Law Reform Commission, and the provision of superior policy standards expertise to the Pharmacy Board of Sierra Leone.
